The line we won't cross
The technology to clone your voice and let an AI pass as you on the phone exists, costs about five dollars, and needs thirty seconds of audio. We could have built that. We deliberately didn't.
thea opens every call by saying what she is. Not in the small print — in the first sentence, to the human on the other end, every time, with no setting to turn it off. Partly because the law is moving hard in that direction and we'd rather build for the rule than around it. But mostly because a business whose phone is answered by something pretending to be a person has a problem the day anyone finds out, and an assistant you have to keep secret isn't an assistant. It's a liability with a nice voice.

She always says she's an assistant. There is no human mode, no voice clone of you, no setting that hides it. If that's what you were hoping for, we're the wrong product.
She will not promise to save you money. Tandem negotiates; it does not guarantee an outcome, and we don't take a cut of one. Anyone selling a guaranteed number on an AI negotiation is selling something a regulator has already fined someone for.
She isn't a lawyer and she signs nothing. She gathers, asks, explains and reports. Agreeing to anything is always a human decision — yours.
